Filiz Yıldırım is a senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development.

She has built her career across multiple industries including telecommunications, food and support services, construction, insurance, and manufacturing, leading full-cycle recruitment processes from entry-level to executive leadership roles.

Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to large-scale and high-impact HR projects, including:

Mass recruitment, onboarding and training processes for Bursa City Hospital

Employer branding and employee loyalty programs at Kibar Holding

Young talent and graduate recruitment, onboarding and career development programs at Vodafone Turkey and Kibar Holding

Design and execution of assessment center processes for early talent programs

Development of sector and organization-specific onboarding programs at Vodafone Turkey

Delivery of “Performance Review & Management” workshops to 200+ managers as an internal trainer

Filiz has held leadership roles such as Organizational Development & Talent Director at Compass Group Turkey, Talent Management, Employer Branding and Performance Management Manager at Kibar Holding, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Vodafone Cyprus. At Vodafone Turkey, she led Training & Development programs for Marketing and Support Functions, while also contributing as Orientation Program Manager, HR Business Partner, and Recruitment Consultant.

She began her career at Istanbul Culture and Art Products, gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, training, and payroll functions.

Having led these projects from concept to execution, Öykü ensures that both creativity and functionality are at the core of every initiative.

As Co-Founder of TogetherHR, Öykü is passionate about crafting employer brands that go beyond visual aesthetics, creating deep, meaningful connections between businesses and their people. Her leadership brings a unique blend of strategic insight and design expertise, helping organizations build strong, loyal workforces through compelling employer branding.

With over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, Cem Özkan has held significant roles in management systems and consultancy. He has delivered customer satisfaction-driven IT solutions while working with major firms like Microfocus. Throughout his career at Innova, he was recognized multiple times with the “Best Sales Partner of the Year” award and earned the “Contribution to Sales” award in 2014.

Cem Özkan, as a Technology Partner at TogetherHR Executive Search & Advisory, will provide significant contributions in the areas of technical talent evaluation, industry knowledge, and customer relationships.
